**** Algea can form in fresh water during very hot summer days, it is something that is totally out of our control, however we provide kayaks, and paddle boards so can still enjoy the water during those times if not comfortable swimming
***Beach is rocky as showed in photos, water shoes are recommended
*** This is a water front home, which weathers depends means more bugs/flies, we spray for flies every 2 week, however this can not be 100% avoided in any water front home.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
